Autumn Survival

Turns out I like the idea of autumn more than the actual experience of it. In reality, most autumns I struggle. As soon as it’s January, and the days start getting longer, I start to feel better.⁠

Today is Eat What You Want Day, and for me that looks something like this. These are some of my favorite foods that I could eat every day, and probably would if it wasn’t so unhealthy to do so. But this day was created to, for 1 day, just forget a little bit about being healthy all the time and treat yourself, even if your favorite foods aren’t the healthiest.

Happy first day of spring! (On the Northern Hemisphere that is.) I love the start of a new season, because I’m someone who loves to make lists and plans and what better time to do that then at the start of a new season?⁣
