World Mental Health Day

Today is World Mental Health Day, always super important, but even more so in this crazy year. These are some of the things that are part of my mental health/self care routine. Autumn Survival

Turns out I like the idea of autumn more than the actual experience of it. In reality, most autumns I struggle. As soon as it’s January, and the days start getting longer, I start to feel better.⁠
