Some of them are long-time favorites, like the Conan podcast and my cute Frida Kahlo keychain, while others are recent discoveries like the Wondr shampoo bar and Rose Hip Oil from Olefació.

Yesterday was Rand Act of Kindness Day and this motivated me to think about little acts of kindness that I could do myself. Just small things that are easy to do, and often free, that can really brighten up somebody’s day. This also applies to little things you can do for yourself.

Ideas To Make Blue Monday A Happy Monday.

Today is Blue Monday, supposedly the most depressing day of the year. Since I often draw about self care, mental health and depression coping strategies I thought I’d give you some illustrated positive inspiration to make the most of Blue Monday.

In case you’re interested: for at home exercise I like Yoga With Adriene  Some of my favorite comedy podcasts are Conan O’Brien Needs A Friend and Tig & Cheryl: True Story. These always make me laugh.

Some of my sunny fall faves. Outside it feels like spring here, but with autumn colours, not bad at all.😉

So what have I been up to this fall, so far? Enjoying long hikes and autumn picnics of course. I’ve also started baking more and taken up knitting (so far it’s going well) and finally went to my first post lockdown concert, yay! Hope you are enjoying fall as well. Bonjour! I hope you had a good week. Here it became autumn from one day to the next. It’s just raining all day, perfect for working from home on my illustrations. I designed this autumn/winter version of my French style inspired ‘Bonjour’ card. It’s off to the printers now and will be available on Etsy next week. On my wishlist: brown Dr. Martens boots and Le Creuset Dutch oven.
