Sundays are for self care!💚 This quick little drawing gives you some self care ideas for your Sundays. I do all of these things myself, and not only on Sunday.
I try to start my day with a little at home yoga session. I love Yoga with Adriene on YouTube, and also try to meditate or do breathing exercises every day. While I work I listen to music of podcasts and drink lots of tea. I go hiking almost every week and always make sure that I have some evenings to myself, to enjoy my favourite Netflix show or read a book. This illustration sums it all up. I hope you find it useful!
