BYE BYE 2020, THE YEAR WE ALL STAYED HOME.
This was my third most liked post of 2020 and I thought it was a fitting one to end the year with.
I think I made this one in March. Oh how little we knew then about how the rest of the year would be!
If you’re reading this it means you survived 2020, congrats!
I want to thank everyone who follows my work. THANK YOU for your support, comments, likes, kind messages and orders, I REALLY appreciate it so much!!
Have a good last day of this terrible year and see you in 2021.
Take care! 🥂
When your self care routine is not enough and you just feel sad.
I had quite a horrible week but at least I managed to do some drawing again so things are going in the right direction. For those also feeling the December/2020 blues: take care!💚

I started making this illustration of my favourite art supplies about two years ago and then, halfway through, completely forgot about it. Today I found it again and finally finished it! I initially started making this because I got a lot of questions about what products I use to make my illustrations. Often I get asked what apps I use. No apps, it’s al hand made! I mostly use products from Faber-Castell or Royal Talens.
Happy King’s day! Today we Dutchies celebrate our King’s birthday. That means: celebrating all day, preferably outside, and everything (including ourselves) in orange!
This is my “Nederland” postcard, with typical Dutch things on it. We may be a small country but there’s still a lot to love here and it’s usually very ‘gezellig’, especially on a day like today!
For my non-Dutch followers, some of the typical Dutch foods on here are (from top to bottom): hagelslag (chocolate sprinkles to eat on your bread, usually for breakfast), stroopwafel (waffle filled with caramel syrup), patatje met (French fries with mayonnaise), tompoes (a very sweet pastry) and drop (salty liquorice).

I’m not the best at updating my social media accounts, but the one I use most at the moment is Instagram. Here are my 9 most “liked” posts of 2017. Thank you SO much for following and liking. I really appreciate it!!
