Hello February, In Drawings.

February Mood, Illustrated.

Hello February! A new month always means a new calendar page illustration. This month’s drawing is filled with cold weather fashion and food elements, perfect for a cozy, wintery mood.

It’s from my 2020 wall calendar. If you’re quick you can still get one of the very last copies on Etsy, now with discount of course. My big winter sale, where I have 20% off EVERYTHING will end on February 4th.

Take a look here for last years’ February page.

A Vintage Winter Mood For February, In Drawings Of Course!

Can you believe it’s already February?! Me neither, but it really is, so time to turn my calendar to a new page. This month illustration has a vintage winter fashion vibe. I actually own everything in this outfit, except the glasses. They are all personal vintage fashion finds,(I love to shop vintage) paired with tea and chocolate because, well.. why not?

If you like this drawing I have two very similar cards available on Etsy with the same vintage fashion vibes here and here.

Freezing January

2017-freezing-january-cindy-mangomini

These last weeks have been so cold that I was slowly turning into a sheep! My vintage shearling jacket, boots and mittens were the only clothes warm enough to keep me from freezing. Not a lot of room for fashion when temperatures drop below zero (at least not for me). Luckily I was so busy with illustration jobs that I could spend a lot of time inside with my thermos filled with tea right beside me.

Wearing: shearling jacket, wool cardigan and mittens, Vintage – jeans and tights, H&M – hat, Newyorker – boots, so old I don’t remember – thermos, Mizu.

Reading: The signature of All Things – Elizabeth Gilbert

2017, let’s do this! A fresh (and very cold) start.

Octobrrrrr

2016-oktoberrrr-cindy-mangomini

So far this October I have been very busy working on a number of projects. But I also made time for some shopping! After all, one of the most fun things about the start of a new season is sorting your wardrobe and adding some new (or rediscovered old) favorites! I love to mix new with vintage and I’m especially happy with my “new” vintage coat, that will keep me warm all winter!

Wearing: coat, vintage – bracelet, alà – off the shoulder top, mittens and underwear, H&M – skirt and leather bag, vintage – lip balm, Maybelline – shoes, Carmens

Drinking: lots of tea with honey

Listening to: The Lumineers and Kings of Leon
