Today is World Mental Health Day, always super important, but even more so in this crazy year. This illustration shows you some of the things that are part of my mental health/self care routine. It’s something that I, like so many others, always have to be aware of, especially during the autumn months. Know that there is help available and ask for it, if you need it. Take Care.💚💚

This is my September mood. It has been a very busy and productive month for me with little time to for myself or to update my social media or anything else really. I’m going to use what’s left of September to take it a little slower and focus more on my self care routine again.

Happy first day of fall! (On the northern hemisphere). Autumn can be pretty awesome I guess. I will try to enjoy it as much as possible and I hope you will too! This illustration sums up some of my favorite things about autumn.

It’s #secondhandseptember , something I can totally get behind. My home and closet is filled with second hand items. I love it because it’s eco-friendly, budget-friendly and a way to find unique one-of-a-kind items that you won’t find anywhere else. I will probably draw some of my personal favourites later this month. But here’s an older one, that I also have available on a postcard in my Etsy shop.
