Self-care in times of Corona virus. This is an updated version of my autumn/winter self-care card, because the virus is forcing us to do certain things a little bit differently. (I’ve never washed my hands so often and also realised that I love touching my face!) This week I’ve been feeling quite worried and sad but I’m going to take my own illustrated advice and use the extra time inside for some quality ‘me-time’.

Tea Is Always A Good Idea, Illustrated.Happy International Tea Day! If you follow my illustrations you might already have noticed that I’m a huge tea-lover. So of course I have to celebrate this special day. It’s actually a day to bring attention to the often poor working conditions in the tea industry.
