Today is World Environment Day. The perfect day to share part 3 of my personal journey to a “low waste’ life. These are the changes that I have personally made. I completely understand that not every option is available to everyone. But even if you can only make a few of these changes, you can make a difference. And if everyone tries a little bit, together we can accomplish a lot! ⠀

Can you believe it’s June already? A new month means it’s time for a new calendar page. This is the ‘June’ page from my 2019 calendar. I hope this month will be filled with lots of sunny picnic days, just like I drew here 😉

Today is Eat What You Want Day, and for me that looks something like this. These are some of my favorite foods that I could eat every day, and probably would if it wasn’t so unhealthy to do so. But this day was created to, for 1 day, just forget a little bit about being healthy all the time and treat yourself, even if your favorite foods aren’t the healthiest.
