2019 goals! This year I want to continue to try to live a more minimalistic life, reduce my waste and focus more on experiences rather than on things. So less stuff, more adventures! (I do still like to draw ‘things’ and I will keep on doing that.) What are your goals or plans for 2019?
Happy New Year!! I love January because it marks a fresh start full of new ideas, adventures, plans and goals. In 2019 I want to continue to live a more minimalistic life with less stuff and less waste. I want to stay creative and productive, learn some new skills, travel, read more books and stay healthy. And I also want to enjoy myself while doing all these things of course! What are your plans/ goals for the new year?

Today is the first day of winter (if you’re in the Northern hemisphere like me). And these are some of the things I like about winter. I love that there are pretty lights and Christmas ornaments everywhere. I love game nights with mulled wine. I love staying in and keeping warm with a hot water bottle, tea and candles to read a book or have a Netflix night. I also love to go outside to go ice skating or have a nice winter walk, preferably in a snow covered landscape, with more mulled wine afterwards.
What are things that you love about winter?
I’m going on a small break to get some winter sun, yay! Today is the last day my Etsy shop will be open until I’m back after Christmas. So, last chance if you want something fast! 😉
Happy international tea day! I’m a big, BIG tea lover, so of course I have to celebrate this day. I found out that this is actually a day to bring attention to the often poor working conditions in the tea industry. So: tea is always a good idea, but make sure you buy from tea brands that support fair trade!

Hello December! I can’t believe it’s already the last month of the year. If I’m honest it’s my least favourite month, but I’ve got a few nice things planned, including a small winter break, so who knows, I might love December this year.
