February, So Far, Illustrated.

My February Favorites, In Drawings.

Illustrated recap of my February so far. As you can see from this drawing, I have spring, and spring fashion & colors on my mind. In reality I’m mostly sticking to my trusty work uniform of blue jeans and black sweaters. I’m also becoming more and more of a plant lady and am currently trying to make sooooo many plant babies. (Let’s hope some of them survive!) In between illustration jobs I’m working on several home improvement projects. Stripping off old wallpaper and painting walls, to name just a few.

Personal Style December

This will probably be my last what I wore illustration of 2019. I haven’t made that many of these this year, because I just haven’t been buying a lot of clothes. One of my goals at the start of the year was “Less stuff, more adventures” and I really have gotten rid of so much stuff already ánd bought very little new stuff. All the items in this drawing were bought before 2019, except for the skirt (and the food of course!) As for the “more adventure”part: I did travel quite a bit this year and tried some new things. I will continue to keep this goal going into 2020, with even less (unnecessary) stuff and even more adventures!

Bye bye November!

Bye bye November 2019! I will not miss you (although you had your moments). I’m happy and excited to start a new month in my new and improved workspace.

PS. I also still have my big SALE on Etsy until December 3th.

November Evenings.

November evening vibes as it’s starting to get quite cold here in the Netherlands.

This is from the November page of my birthday calendar. Birthday calendars are very common in the Netherlands. You will usually find them in the bathroom/toilet room. Marked with the birthdays of friends and family members. You can use them year after year.

Want one yourself? You get find it in my Etsy shop here.

Hej November!

Hello November! A new month means a new calendar page. This is November from my 2019 calendar. This month’s page was inspired by cosy Scandinavian autumn style and The little book of hygge.

My 2020 calendar is available on Etsy.

Happy Spring! (In Drawings)

2019 Happy spring Mangomini

Illustrated Spring Happiness!

Another happy spring drawing, just to add a sunny feeling to this otherwise grey Dutch day. I wish I was wearing this polka dot dress and sipping some rosé in the sun. Luckily I don’t need sun for getting my home and balcony spring-ready (or to drink rosé wine).

Pieces To Build A Perfect Trans Seasonal Wardrobe.

For Hello Giggles I illustrated some ideas for the in-between-weather fashion struggle. You know, when one minute it already feels like spring, but the next it’s back to winter. As you can see, I focussed on timeless pieces, in neutral colours, that you can layer. With these pieces, you will be prepared for whatever the weather will bring you!
