Wine Wednesday!
Inspired by a TED* talk that I saw recently and motivated by recent events in my life and the world, I’ve decided to introduce the weekly celebration of Wine Wednesday to my life. This is the little invitation that I sketched for it.

November favorites, so far.
So far, I have spend most of this November inside. After a few days in Amsterdam, where I went to see The Lumineers (yay!), the flu got the best of me. Today I’m finally back working at some illustrations. Here are some of my favorite things of the moment, including my new Dali Katch speakers. They sound even better than they look! I take them into my work room when I’m working, into my kitchen when I’m cooking, and yes, into my bedroom when I’m sick in bed with the flu. After all, music heals, hopefully even flu 😉

I’ve had a lot of requests to bring back the illustrated how-tos for Hello Giggles. So here is a new one with Hillary Clinton Halloween costume ideas. I’ve got 90’s Hillary and 2016 Hillary. Whichever Hillary style you prefer, don’t forget to vote!

So far this October I have been very busy working on a number of projects. But I also made time for some shopping! After all, one of the most fun things about the start of a new season is sorting your wardrobe and adding some new (or rediscovered old) favorites! I love to mix new with vintage and I’m especially happy with my “new” vintage coat, that will keep me warm all winter!
