Happy Book Lovers Day! What books are you reading at the moment? I’m reading The little book of Lykke by Meik Wiking and I’ve just started in Freedom by Jonathan Franzen.
Illustration made for Hello Giggles.

Happy World Book Day Everyone! What is your favourite book and what are you reading at the moment?
Pictured here, one of my own favourite books: Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen.
For Sparknotes I recently imagined what 8 fictional female characters would save on their Pinterest pages. I had so much fun making these! You can see a few here, to see all eight just click here.

After a sunny holiday, a week of FREEZING cold, now it’s finally a reasonable temperature again. This means I can wear normal winter clothes again instead of millions of layers! It’s also perfect weather to hide under a blanket with a good book. I’m reading Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert at the moment, very inspiring!
Wearing: “lucky” bracelet, Anna+Nina – jacket, Mango – cap and mittens, H&M – jeans, Zara – Gel eyeliner, Bobbi Brown – top, vintage
Here’s a second (and final) illustration about my sunny winter getaway to Fuerteventura, before I go back to winter. I had such a good time there: the weather! the people! the yoga! the food! the cocktails!! I wish I could go back there right now, because it’s just too cold here!
One of the five fictional heroines I drew for Sparknotes. This is what I imagined a modern day Elizabeth Bennet would wear. To see all of the drawings in this story just click here.
My weekend started on Friday with a day of flea market shopping in Liège. Saturday was spend reading and later mojito-drinking (yummy!) with friends. On Sunday I went to see the new Woody Allen movie “Magic in the moonlight”, which I loved. Hope you all had a lovely weekend as well!
