Things I Like About Autumn, In Drawings.

2018 10 Things I like about autumn Mangomini

This Is Why Fall Is The Coziest Season!

I hope everyone is enjoying fall. Here I illustrated some of my favourite things about autumn, including pumpkin soup, cozy nights inside watching Netflix or playing board games, cute knitted accessories and sweater weather.

What do you love about autumn? Do you agree that it’s the coziest season?

Okay, but first Coffee.

Happy International Coffee Day! I’m usually more of a tea drinker (this is an understatement!) but the autumn weather and having less daylight is making me so sleepy that I need my coffee more than usual. These coffee postcards are available on Etsy and in several other Dutch shops. (Check my wholesale section to see where.)

Low-waste swaps, part 2

Low waste swaps part2 Cindy Mangomini

As promised a while ago, here’s a small update on what I’m doing to live a more low-waste and minimal life. This past year I’ve slowly been using up all the products I already own and when I finish a product I first ask myself: do I really need it? If I feel I do, I try to look for a natural DIY recipe online. If that’s not available I try to buy a plastic free version of the product that I’m replacing. It’s not perfect and not always possible, but it feels good to try. I think if everyone tries a little, together we can achieve a lot. Hopefully another update soon!

Hello Autumn!

Happy Fall - Mangomini

Happy first day of autumn! (On the northern hemisphere). I love autumn! It’s the cosiest season (in my opinion). I love staying inside when it’s raining outside, and cosying up under a warm blanket, with hot tea and snacks within reach and a book to read or movie to watch. What are your favourite things about autumn?

Thank You!

I hope everyone is enjoying the last days of summer 2018 as much as I am! I did have time to make a quick “what I wore” drawing. These are my favourites at the moment.

End Of Summer.

2018 end of summer - Mangomini

Goodbye summer of 2018! You were very hot (and very sweaty). And even though I’m still hoping for a little bit more of you, I’m also ready to embrace autumn (the cosiest season!).

Read A Book Day

Read A Book Day Mangomini

Happy National Read A Book Day! I love to read. At the moment I’m reading To The Lighthouse by Virginia Woolf and No Impact Man by Colin Beavan. My favourite places to read are on my balcony or in bed. What are you reading and what are your favourite reading places?

These “booklover” postcards are available in my Etsy shop.
