This year we’ve had a good spring and (so far) a very hot summer. I like to fill my free time with hiking, watersports, reading, bbq & picnics. This is the kind of outfit you’ll usually find me in. Wishing everyone a happy summer!

What I Wore, Then & Now, Part 3.

What I Wore (In Drawings) And How I Wear It Now. Part 3.

This is the third time I’ve taken an older What I Wore drawing, and updated it to how I wear it now. Because, believe it or not, I still own many of the pieces I drew years ago. They were favorites then for a reason!

Above is the updated version of the illustration for the June page on my birthday calendar. Below the original drawing. This outfit is so “me” that I would still wear everything, except maybe the bikini top. I also drew a lipstick on the original one, that I don’t actually wear. In the new version I replaced it with a berry freestyle tint from The Body Shop, and the ring (I never wear any anymore) with earrings and piercings. I also choose my Pizza for President tote bag for this one, another long time favorite.

Casual June Staycation Outfit.

After a very rainy May, we’re having a super sunny June so far, and I’m loving it! When I’m not working I’m spending all my time outside, near, on, or in the water or hiking and picnicking. I hope you’re enjoying June as well so far!

This drawing is from the June page of my birthday wall calendar. I updated it slightly for this year. I own many on the items on here, including the top, denim short, bikini and Birkenstock sandals.
