Happy Valentine’s Day everyone! (Yes, it’s already Valentine’s Day in Australia!) As you can see I am totally ready for it this year. I hope the box to store all my cards in isn’t too small. In case all goes wrong I have a wonderful plan B prepared as well 😉

It’s cold outside and I’m keeping warm with some new and some (rediscovered) old favorites. Besides from working I have spent January (so far) with trying to get healthy again, reading books, drinking tea and a lot of vintage shopping.

I’ve had a long break. Partly because of illness, party because of other work obligations. But I’m back now, starting with a little illustrated recap of December.

So far, this November, I’ve been taking it a little bit slow. Because of some ongoing health issues I’ve not been out partying as much as usual. Instead, I’m doing a lot of reading, tea drinking and chocolate eating (yummy!)

Just a normal autumn workday, making illustrations in my “home office”. With regular tea & chocolate breaks of course..

Saturday was spend learning to make cappucino’s and enjoying home made carrot cake at Festen. The rest of the weekend I spend dancing, enjoying live music, drinking rosé wine and eating a super delicious veggie burger at Villa Warempel.
Summer 2014 is coming to an end and I’m trying to enjoy the last sunny days as much as possible.

I’m trying to fight off a cold by drinking lots of fresh mint and ginger tea with honey. Also, I’m eating a lot of chocolate, because that always helps as well 😉 I’m wearing my first ever Primark item (I’m not proud). I had to layer it with warm tights and a big cardigan, to stay warm enough for the Dutch summer weather. The best news is that I managed to get tickets to see Ben Howard in November, YAY!!

Lovely Weekend Outfit, In Drawings Of Course.My weekend started on Friday with a day of flea market shopping in Liège. Saturday was spend reading and later mojito-drinking (yummy!) with friends. On Sunday I went to see the new Woody Allen movie “Magic in the moonlight”, which I loved. Hope you all had a lovely weekend as well!
